      General Info
      The Indianapolis Racquet Club, located in Indianapolis, is a public tennis club with an open membership. Guests are welcome and may play at the club for a small additional fee for three visits before joining. Its facility has 16 indoor courts and eight outdoor clay courts. It also has a lobby/viewing area, pro shop, locker rooms and showers, remodeled fitness center, nursery, kitchen/dining room and elevated viewing area. The IRC fitness center has 10 cardiovascular machines, 12 pieces of Keiser equipment and free weights. Members can receive personal training, athletic enhancement and stretch and tone sessions. The club was founded in 1965 by John DeVoe, who also founded the Indiana Pacers basketball team.
