On 8/25/14, I got a perm and trim here. My hair is extremely frizzy and I asked for a softr curl with less frizz. What I got isn't much different than before the perm. Sure, I can get a "different" look by slathering on lotions and creams (and they are eager to sell you a line of products), but I could do that before I got the perm! Their comment was that my hair is "too coarse" and "too gray" for a perm to do much good. It would have been nice if they had told me that before I wasted $55.00.
