Park Place, also known as Rehabilitation & Skilled Care Center, is a full-service facility that provides short-and long-term care services. The center offers skilled nursing care, nutrition, pharmacy and geriatric psychological services. It also provides physical, occupational and speech therapy services. Park Place also offers wound care, diabetic and pain management, as well as enteral feeding and oxygen therapy services. It additionally provides orthopedic, stroke, pulmonary, cardiac and generalized functional decline rehabilitative services. The center works with a team of dieticians, podiatrists, optometrists and dentists. Park Place Park Place Rehabilitation & Skilled Care Center operates a 50-plus-bed Medicare- and Medicaid-certified facility. It is located in Hyde Park, Mass.
