Very helpful they really explained everything and they provided excellent service from the customer service to the delivery! I was more impressed with all the work they did for me that I've had to do with other companies I've used before. They call my doctor got all the paper work and my equipment was there the same day! I then started using them for my Ostomy supplies because I was so impressed. My order was there the very next day and again they did all the work! All I did was pick up the phone and everything is done and I received everything either the same day or the very next day!! I have never had service like this from any of the several other companies I've used in the past and I will never use anybody else!!
