Excellent, prompt, professional and friendly. Not only do we get great rates by having our autos, boat, home and life insurance through Summit Insurance Agency, the service is great. I had the unfortunate incidence of two auto claims within a two month period and they were extremely helpful, hooked me up with a great auto repair company and handled everything smoothly. I basically had the car towed to the shop, picked up a rental right there and picked it up in a few days. All I had to pay was my deductible and that was it. I did not have to do anything else.
