Tatum's Towing and Recovery went above and beyond what they had to do. My mother called me in New York at 11:00 PM and said she was broke down in Florida. I look on the web and the first Towing company I called charged me $75 took 1:30 hr to showed up and said there was nothing they could do but tow her to their shop and fix it the next day. It was a 3 year old car and just out of warranty and they knew that. Then I call Tatum's to try and help my mom out. They were their in less than 30 minutes and had my mom was back up and going. All she needed was a jumpstart. She had left her lights on but they easily could've told me her battery or starter was bad and I would have paid to get her going again. They told me what she did but not to make her fell bad they told her it was a bad fuse. It's nice to see people who have honesty and compassion these days. So thumbs up for the gang at Tatums my choice of Towing in Hudson Fla.

After speaking with the Sheriff's office, they allowed access to the vehicle to obtain the registration and proof of ownership. Until we had the Sheriff's office involved, they refused access. According to the Sheriff's office this is not legal. They were delaying our ability to access the car to increase the storage fee.
