I went to this on Saturday November 8th 2014 I had an emergency I had a toilet leaking water and my drywall was falling in my basement so my mother who is 66 years old accompanied by my employee who is 49 mind you my mom had knee and ankle surgery and was riding around in one of their carts asked for help from a gentleman in the plumbing department he proceeded not be cooperative first he threw the parts into the handicap cart then my fiance got on the phone with the employee and after he was done on the phone instead of handing it to my employee he threw it and it hit the floor I am very disappointed and with my recommendation I would never go to the store again mind you I'm remodeling a foreclosure and they just lost a lot of business

I shopped there everyone was focused on chit-chatting with co-workers and overlooking cashiers to ring up waiting customers while who was in charge of the front registers paid no attention to a long line was forming she wanted to watch over cashier while the paint and tool people were hanging and talking. The Paint people was talking tot he manager about his girlfriend woes that when I complained for being treated like a thief carrying a small Lowes bag finally rang up by the cashier boss on power head trip who let a long line for on a rainy day most likely thinking since it was a low business day so let one form but was sure up to doing her job to be over a cashier's shoulder, the manager came up to address my complaint was the same person who just let me walk around the department unhelped when I was shopping for paint brushes. Neither manager or Paint person had the opportunity to know I needed paint brushes for they were more interested in talking about women. Get real fakes.

My spouse and I shop at Lowe's so often we think we should own stock!!! Best place to shop!!!
