Welcome To Childs Patent Law! I am a patent attorney in Houston, Texas, with a Ph.D. in chemistry and over seven years of experience practicing patent law. I have experience helping clients obtain patents (asset creation), build patent portfolios (asset management), providing opinions and freedom-to-operate opinions (risk management), and due diligence (legal investigations). I focus my efforts on helping clients save time, save money, and make informed decisions.Although Childs Patent Law is operates out of Houston, Texas, I am licensed by the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) to help inventors regardless of where they are located. I have spent over seven years helping inventors in different states and different countries patent their inventions.
