I guess unless you live where he lives, service might be ok. Other then that communication through Gigsalad and emails was hard to come by with this company. Should have gone through with our initial plan, of cancelling their services. When I couldn't get an answer from him after the contract was done, and deposits was made. When I said we were no longer going to us their services, that was was I heard back from him. Even revising the contract to state that, they will check in with me once a month, up till the month of our wedding. The month of our wedding he would check in with me once a week up till our wedding day. He sure did not go through with that. That should have been my sign there. But my husband was giving him another shot, and for the fact that we already gave home $300 in deposit. He responded quick when it came to paying him. That was all.Don't use this company if you want your event to go as plan.My wedding reception was delayed by 2 hours and ruined my guest experience. Paid for an extra early arrival 3 hours before our dinner was suppose to start. Just so that the servers can place all the catered food into the food warmers. My coordinator totally said they were useless, and did not bother to place the food until, an hour before we arrived. Servers didn't do as what was on our contract. Did not cut the cake and serve to our guests, did not get our guests the bottled waters they would ask for. Our guests ended up going and grabbing their own. The only thing the owner could tell me was this:I can return $100...that is all I made out of full payment....I only supplied the staff and supplies..if I was there at the event then it would be totally different.I am upset as much as you are, the staff did not make me look good and this is basically out of my control. This is a Performance thing, staff were there and they did do some type of work...I shouldn't have to pay more than $100 for someone else's mistakes.The staff definitely is no longer going to work for me. All I can say is I'm sorry , I apologize and wish things could've been different.Supplies, he did not supply. His servers had to ask our coordinator for gloves, because they did not have any. He promised me that one of his supervisors would be there, and no supervisor showed up. Just the wait staff, who had no idea what they were doing. Aside that they were to report to my coordinator.
