I had the most rude person answer the phone this morning.

I was calling in for my girl who has heartworm and kennel cough and this person was so rude, condescending, and was telling me I need to get more information before just calling them. After she was done yelling at me I explained that I had all of the information I needed and was told to call and setup an appointment. At that point she took my name and number and told me to call back later.

I was so frustrated at how mean this person was as I'm just trying to get care for my sick girl, so I called back, ensured I was talking to the same person and then asked for her name. She asked what the issue was and I just said that I wanted to know the name of who I talked to earlier (which she confirmed was her). She continued to try to divert the conversation but she finally whispered a name. I later found out that she had lied to me and given me the name of one of her co-workers. Unbelievable how rude and self-centered this person was.

Everyone else I have come in contact with at this clinic has been very nice, helpful, and caring. What you would expect from people who work with sick animals, but because of this one person I no longer feel comfortable calling the office.

I’ve never personally been here, so I can’t say anything about the quality of their work. BUT today, I called to get a rabies expiration date for a client of mine. The lady I talked too was short and rude. Had me repeat what I was looking for over and over while being snooty. Then once I finally got what I was asking for, I said thank you very politely because I didn’t want to come off as rude (as that may be why she was upset with me) and she just hung up. Not only that, when she gave me the date, she said it very fast and rude and then proceeded to hang up like I said before. I’m disgusted by this over the phone service. Hoping this was just a bad day and not how she talks to everyone.
