I was having trouble with an Electrolux washer that was just over a year old. My warranty had expired but fortunately I bought an extended warranty. I looked for a local serviceman and decided to give Dan a call. I left a msg. feeling skeptical that I might never get a call back...but within the hour Dan got back to me. He came by my home several hours later that same day. He was able to access and repair my problem in no time! He was friendly, courteous, professional and very knowledge. The BEST repair service I've ever experienced! When my Sears refrigerator stopped working,Sears told me they couldn't come for 2 1/2 weeks. Dan knew exactly what was wrong with it and stopped over on his way home from his last job. It was fixed in less than 1/2 hour. I won't call anyone else.

I moved into my townhouse 4 1/2 years ago. Unfortunately, I had nothing but problems with the appliances that came with my unit. I got Dan's name from a co-worker who stated he was very good and priced reasonably. Well, this is an understatement - Dan has always been quick to respond, curteous and very efficient in his repairs, without taking you to the bank. I recommend Dan highly to anyone who has any problems with their appliances. I was forced to breakdown and buy a new washer and dryer (the dryers was gas so no one was willing to install it upon arrival from the place i purchased it at). I called Dan prior to its arrival and all I had to do was let him know when they were there dropping off the machines and he would run over and connect new ones for me. I didn't have to wait another week or two until he found time in his day. Shoot - he even played ball with my Golden Retriever while walking through my unit to get to appliances.
