I was extremely happy with the service I received in October 2013. The sales rep and the crew that place the stove in my home were professional. They tasks were doing in a timely manner.

Will never do business with department of home & furniture anymore! Last weekend, we bought two 29 inch high bar stools from this department at 2 times. we paid $20 for each one stool with one reciept each time. The lady cashier told us that the price was not for a pair but for only one stool, however the checkout information in our receipt showed " 2PK 29IN", we doubt this then but thinking of their price for the other shorter bar stools (24 inch) which was $28/pair, we thought $20 for one high stool made sense, so we left without discussing with the cashier anymore. This weekend, we wanted to return the two stools since they are too high for our counter but the problem came up: the same lady cashier denied her previous statement and insisted that the price $20 of "2PK 29IN" in the receipt is for a pair, with two seperated receipts we need to return 4 stools to get $40 back, even her supervisor had the same bad attitude. Finally, the staff from department of hardware helped us out.
