David & Peter, My Pellet Insert went in beautifully, it has been wonderful. Would send a picture, but this format does not allow for that. It was most satisfying to get a call from the oil company saying something was wrong with my oil gauge as it was reading full.

Lately, encountering true customer service is such a rarity that, when we see it, we feel compelled to point it out and compliment it. We bought a used pellet stove two years ago. It worked for a year and then wouldn't run at all. We visited and made at least a dozen phone calls to your store, asking questions and taking up your valuable time. You all couldn't have been more pleasant, helpful and courteous.
