As the owner of a small business that relies almost completely on his computer for his business to thrive, I feel it is important to share with you the extraordinary experience I had with this company. The service is quick and their prices are extremely fair.... but what impressed me the most was their expertise, their honesty and their customer service. They made me feel that my computer (aka the heart of my business) was in the best hands. They care about their customers above all else... it is not about making a "quick buck," but rather about an honest and thoughtful experience with the client. After lying to me for a couple of months leading me on to believe they were working on my computer, they finally told me they could not fix it and ... instead, ruined the computer and tons of special software. Joe, (the owner??) , I brought a correctly running video editing computer and wound up with garbage and they don't want to even know about. He had the nerve to offer me $100 compensation and then never even sent that as promised.

I am a semi long-term client and have noticed more and more excuses. Respond time to my calls are horrible. I do not recommend using this company for your technical needs, they are very unreliable.

this is the place to go my laptop screen broke during a vacation and I needed to get it fixed pronto next door geeks was the best reviewed so I tried it out sure enough I went and got excellent service the repair was done in about a half an hour friendly technician from my neighborhood I recommend this place for all of your computer repairs

After being disappointed with the customer service from a main store chain, we were looking for other options, including reliable service. Found these guys on the YP and no one is more happy than us that we did.



Bought the equipment to the store on a Saturday, they had it fixed two days later with a reasonable price, excellent customer service and professionalism. We I will definetively comeback here for future help as well as recommend the store to all our friends.

I cracked my Iphone 4 screen same day it was bought :( I Searched for the best place with good prices to fix it. Finally found Next door geeks and aside from having a great price for the repair, they had the best customer service i have found yet. The repair was fast and my phone was brand new again. I will recommend this place to anyone. And i will defiantly go back (Hoping I won’t have to lol) But if anything were to happen this is the place to go. THEY DID AN AMAZING JOB

One of my coworkers recommended next door geeks because, well, they were next door :-). Next door or not, the service was superb, everything fixed in under two hours, and they did some test that actually made my laptop run faster. Price? extremely reasonable (at least for me ). Our computer stopped working and we took it to Best Buy first. They said it would cost $70 just for a diagnostic test. We had a coupon for Next Door Geeks and decided to give it a try, glad we did!! Fantastic service from this business. I have used them twice for laptop repair (2 separate problems - not a recurring issue.) Both times they had repaired the issue very quickly and gave very accurate estimates for the repair. Reasonable cost (? - I have nothing to compare it to, but I was not upset with the bills when recieved.) I will use them again in the future whenever any of my gadgets fail. And really nice staff.

I crushed my computer in a motorcycle accident. It would not boot up and the guys at Best Buy told me it's gone (and charged me for diagnostics....). Next door geeks are located on Stirling Rd next to my dry cleaning place, so I decided to give them a try. The next day I had all my data back on my new computer. I'm very pleased, they did a great job. They are a small place but very professional.

My new (less then a month) iPhone 4 fell out of my pocket maybe a few inches and the front screen shattered. A friend recommended them as they are close by. Repair was fast, easy, and not too costly. Well priced, knowledgeable. My Laptop wouldn't go into windows so thought i lost my data, left it there in the morning got it back the same day, working like new with all data intact. I'll definitely recommend them to my family and friends.

They setup our office network (including remote access for users around the US, Russia and China) within a very short period of time. Now we are using them to maintain almost all aspects of our office technology, including our websites. They do most of the work by remote control which keeps our costs very reasonable.
