I called for assistance with my leaking fireplace. The flashing on the chimney top was damaged in a recent wind storm. The woman I spoke with was very helpful in gathering all the pertinent information. I received a call back from a technician 90 minutes earlier than I expected and my problem was completely fixed by the end of the day.

Just had a fireplace insert installed and was beyond pleased with everything from the showroom to the staff to the finished installation. I love the insert. All my questions and concerns were answered with knowledge and patience. No pressure from sales staff just great information and I got a beautiful product installed by professionals who were friendly and left my house as clean as when they arrived. Very pleased, highly recommended.

I recently purchased a new home and did not have a fireplace in the house. I went to their showroom and was able to see actual fireplaces burning and see what I was purchasing. Everyone in the store was very helpful and knowledgable. I had them install a fireplace and they were very clean and respected my house and tolerated all of the questions I had. I now have warmth and a beautiful fireplace (operates with a remote!) in my living room and get compliments of what a difference it makes in how my living room looks and feels. The staff at Autumn Glo were only interested in making "the sale" and were not friendly!! They did a hack of a job and complained when they had to come back to clean up their poor job of installing the product.The business/customer relationship was very poor!!! I would Not recommend this company to anyone, and wished that we had gone elsewhere.
