I love going to dr glaser he always makes sure I am okay and he so polite and professional

The experience was all positive. Office staff in Hoboken was helpful, accommodating as I was there with my 85 year old mom and all around wonderful.
The doctor listens to you and takes into consideration the things you say. He is the first doctor not to prescribe antibiotics right away.

My experience with Dr Glaser was great. The front office clerks are wonderful, check in is a breeze & making a follow up appointment is an ease as well. Dr Glaser listened to my concerns and explained what was going on with the issue at hand as well as explained the best option for treatment. I also had a great experience with Dr Glaser nurse assistant
Dr Glaser is thorough in his exam and discussion but also efficient with his time. While he gets to the point, he does so in a way that is warm and engaging.
I feel very lucky that I met Dr Glaser. He is a great Doctor. The initial diagnosis was not very optimistic and , with the help of Dr Glaser I ended with great results, he saved my right ear.

- Dr. Aylon Glaser, a partner at ENT and Allergy Associates, LLP (ENTA), is an experienced ENT specialist andsurgeon in Hoboken, New Jersey.He has dedicated over 12 years of his career caring for the health and well-being of thousands of patients. He graduated from Yeshiva University in New York City and received his medical degree from the Albert Einstein College of Medicine. He completed both an internship in General Surgery and residency in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery at UMDNJ/Rutgers University. Dr. Glaser practices comprehensive otolaryngology, delivering medical and surgical care of the ears, nose, throat, head and neck of both adult and pediatric patients. Dr. Glaserhas a special interest in thyroid and parathyroid surgery, minimal invasive salivary gland surgery/salivary gland stone removal via sialoendoscopy, sinus surgery, and minimally invasive office-based balloon sinuplasty.His goal is to provide thorough and patient-centered care to patients in Hoboken and surrounding communities with Ear, Nose and Throat issues.
