I own an 06' Chrysler SRT8 300C ($42k purchase) and have recently run into minor problems with my fans and A/C acting up. I found that there is a TSB (technical service bulliten) related to the issue so i naturally went to the local dealership (Tate Branch) to have it looked at. I politely tried to explain my issue to the service manager only to be cut short with "SO WHAT AM I SUPPOSED TO DO ABOUT IT!!" I was speechless. I quietly walked away, and later called the regional manager to complain. Despite this i want the local community and any potential customers to know that the service department is inept and extremely rude. If you buy a car here i seriously hope that you do not have to get it serviced at the dealer. Unfortunately the next nearest dealer is in Odessa Tx but i promise i will be making the drive. Maybe thats why they think they can treat people that way? Speak with your wallet! I am!
