The business manager/notary, Thomas Duck, for Kama'aina Motors forged a POA while not in my presence, the finance manager at the time, Kelson Minemoto, who has recently been fired according to what the GM, Joseph Hawk, told the police on 1/25/18, verifies this via text and sold my vehicle that was in the process of being sent back to the manufacturer, FCA, as requested by the manufacturer under the lemon law. I reported this to the attorney general notary department who sent me the scan of the notary's book showing the signature is clearly not mine. The supervisor at the Attorney General's office, M.V., said to take a copy of the scan they sent me from the notary's book along with my drivers license to the DMV to show them signatures don't match so they can fix the title. Mona, the supervisor at Hilo DMV, said that won't work. She said the police have to investigate and submit necessary documents. They can't take it from me. I also filed a police report with officer B.H., who is investigating. I have contacted the GM, Joseph Hawk, at Kama'aina Motors about this situation in person, over the phone and via email many times. He told me their consulting legal 2 weeks ago. When I asked him yesterday why their attorney has not contacted me, nor have I been compensated like he, the GM, told the police I would be in a week, that was a week ago yesterday, nor have they unwound the deal like they told the manufacturer, 11 days ago, they, Kama'aina Motors, would which was verified by the manufacturer in an email, he, the GM, Joseph Hawk, said. I'm meeting with an attorney on 2/12 in the afternoon. Every mile added to the vehicle they illegally sold to someone else and any damage to the vehicle since it came out of service on 10/30/17 is being deducted from my check from the manufacturer if and when it is ever received due to the illegal act committed by Kama'aina Motors. I have proof of all this in writing. So does Kama'aina Motors. The Attorney General's Office and The Police.

Just shopping around for a new car and talked to Peter Khounta at Kamaaina Motors. He was very patient and informative...strongly recommend Peter if you are in the market for a car.

WORST repair shop EVER! They charged us $120 and quoted our vehicle needed $2K to 5K+ in repairs. They act nice and seem knowledgeable when you initially take your vehicle in, but, they don't have a clue what they are doing! Thank god I did some further checking! All it really needed was a $200 part that took 5 minutes to install! NOT ONE of the parts they said were bad needed to be repaired or replaced! They are totally clueless and will rip you off! Do yourselves a Huge favor and read reviews BEFORE taking your vehicle anywhere! There are a few Honest, Knowledgeable, Caring repair shops out there... Kama'aina Motors is NOT one of them! When I called them out on all the mis-diagnosed repairs they quoted, I was informed I am never welcome back to their dealership again! I have 3 Chrysler vehicles! Guess it's time to start buying another brand!!!
