Personal Touch dry cleaners staff are friendly and competent. They treat you like family. Oh and very honest. We accidentally left a credit card in one of the pockets unknowingly. The next time we picked up our dry cleaning, they handed it to me with the loving tenderness of someone who really cares. They may be the only dry cleaners in town, but even if they weren't, They would be the only one I would trust my cleaning with. A Personal Touch Dry Cleaning ! You Rock!

Yes, A Personal Touch is the only dry cleaning establishment in Hilo. However, I was very pleasantly surprised by their service. My wife and I needed to attend a special ceremony. I brought my jacket and my wife's dress to A Personal Touch. I asked if there was a "rush" service, along with the fee. The answer was Yes, with no added cost. We had a 24-hour turn-around and I only paid the flat rate $16 for the two pieces. So, Mahalo to A Personal Touch and their professional staff.

We are stuck with this one and only dry cleaner in town. They would not touch my cotton velvet drapes. When asked if they have any laundering solutions for me, the man on the phone told me no. Not very helpful and zero personality. Good luck dry cleaning in Hilo!
