Dont buy from Stillwell ford.
I'd like to buy local and do my part but after spending time with phone calls then meeting up with a salesman to look at a vehicle he was no help at all. It seemed as if we were wasting his time and any questions we had seemed to just frustrate him. After looking at a smaller SUV and telling the guy our 100lb German Shepherd wouldn't fit he says "Oh yeah it will fit no problem". Long story short my wife decides she doesn't like the interior color. I go in to tell the guy were not interested due to the interior color he quickly says "well we can change the interior" then he goes to get the guy behind the counter whom I should have talked to in the first place. He comes over and just as unfriendly, we chat a bit about numbers and what were looking for and I ask the bottom dollar and it is $100 off the advertised price... wtf! trying to haggle the price I tell him another vehicle that is way less and has the interior were looking for (2hrs away at a different ford dealer) the sales manager says "well you better go buy that one" I quicky say "Ok I will, thanks for your time" shake his hand and out the door I go!

I've never been so frustrated, insulted, ignored by anyone. My money spends the same as the next guy, but I guess its not wanted. The sign when you leave says "If we dont have it we can get it for you" or something along that line and they never even offered that option!

I have used both the service department and the body shop in the last few months and I am very pleased with my experience. The work was properly performed and the experience was excellent. The new waiting room is very comfortable and inviting. My car looks and drives like new again and the process was very easy. Thank you Stillwell Ford!!

I have read the other reviews and my experience was quite different. I, my brother, my father and mother have all purchased vehicles here. The sales rep and manager have always gone out of their way when dealing with us. The service department has always performed and have not tried to up sell like another dealership I have dealt with. I would recommend.

While visiting family in Indiana, (being driven out by my daughter) my husband called to say our car was out of commission and to go find a vehicle. (we are a one car family) After going on the web, we had 5 cars to look at and the W. Carleton Rd. Ford place was our first stop. We met Jim Cole who was wonderful, kind and easy to work with. We left to check out the other SUVs on our list only to go back making a deal w/ Jim because his car was the best maintained of all. My cousin and I left with a beautiful Ford Edge to travel back to Indiana with. Upon returning to NY, my husband was very pleased, said Jim was easy to work w/via phone and we would actually go back in the future - thank you Jim - and we already have a friend from church we are sending information about Stillwell Ford to and he too may take a ride to MI too. I ended up driving to Midland to the dealership for a great deal and service!

This car dealership was terrible to work with. Expecting a quick and thorough transaction became a long and drawn out nightmare. The sales rep. was terrible in all aspects of customer service. He would not work with me on anything I suggested and seemed not to care about my business. I tried working with this sales rep. for almost two weeks and all I got was the runaround. I would not suggest this dealership to anybody that I know.
