General Info

The Council on Aging Henderson County provides and coordinates services to keep older adults living independently. Since 1969, we've been providing a wealth of services to folks over age 60, their families and caregivers. While some seniors may never require one of our programs, many will come to rely on our help at some point in their lives. More Americans are living much longer than ever before and, as Baby Boomers retire, the need for our services will be greater than ever. We hope this website will be your guide to discovering the many services, programs and resources we offer to older adults in the community. We also hope this site will encourage you to get involved in helping the elderly in Henderson County.
