Aggressive and Affordable Criminal/DUI Defense.

General Info
Criminal defense attorney John P. Newton is a former prosecutor dedicated to providing aggressive and affordable criminal and DUI defense. My simple philosophy is that you should not have to be a celebrity to get justice. I use clear, low, flat fees and provide a client-centered approach to criminal defense. I do not charge extra if you want to exercise your right to a trial. However, my willingness to fight at trial typically means I get good offers from the DA during negotiations.
Business History
John P. Newton is a former federal prosecutor and top criminal defense attorney. After years of prosecuting cases, he became uncomfortable with the reality that an individual's treatment within the justice system often had more to do with who their attorney was or how busy the prosecutor was than what the right thing to do was. In 2014, he set out to create a new type of criminal defense firm. A firm that would bring the best representation to middle class and lower income clients. With flat fees for cases and no extra charges to discourage clients from exercising their rights to trial, John P. Newton is leveling the playing field and ensuring that everyone has access to justice.
