CrossFit Bandera Road is just what a CrossFit box ought to be! Love this! It's rugged and open. The coaches are hard working, friendly and very helpful. They know when to push you to the next level and when to stop and correct your form. I have achieved things that I never thought possible. It is conveniently located in Old Town Helotes, TX, a great area. If you come to CrossFit Bandera Road you will be welcomed like you are family. I love this about it!
