Cedardale Health & Fitness is the premier health, fitness, and recreational facility in the Merrimack Valley. We feature a full-service fitness center with a variety of resistance machines, cardiovascular machines, and free weights. In addition, we have a private personal training studio featuring state-of-the art Kinesis Training equipment. Our group exercise program offers a wide variety of classes from the traditional aerobics and water aerobics to the newer group classes in Spinning, Body Pump, Body Step, Yoga and Pilate's. With 10 indoor tennis courts and 8 racquetball courts we satisfy both the tennis player and the racquetball player with lessons, drilling programs, leagues, round robins, and tournaments for any level racquet player. Our indoor Aquatic Center featuring a 6-lane, 25 yard pool with an attached wading pool provides the very best in junior lessons, programs, and teams as well as adult water exercise programs and family swim times. The team sport enthusiast will be happy to find 5 full-length basketball courts on which we run our very popular men's basketball league as well as our recreational volleyball league.
