The Business Corners is Long Island's first coworking facility. Coworking is the personal choice to share work space and resources with other like-minded professionals. Centrally located in Hauppauge, NY (LIE exit 53), The Business Corners provides a location where Freelancers, Web developers, small business owners and other independent professionals can work alongside each other. We believe that just because you work for yourself does not mean you have to work by yourself. Members get free wi-fi, coffee and shared space to work among other professionals. Unlike a traditional office rental there is no lease to sign and no long term commitment required. We offer monthly memberships and day passes.

Daily Pass • For $25 a day you have access to a lounge, open workspace, kitchen, and 2 semi-private coworking rooms. Access is M-F 9:30am-5:30pm. • A daily pass includes free Wi-Fi through our high speed business class broadband connection. • Free use of portable whiteboards • Free coffee, tea and filtered water • Access to workstations with limited PC access. • Conference time in the bullpen during non-business hours is available at non-member rates. The Bullpen is an 800sf conference center that seats up to 60 people. • Limited access to member events and networking events For $300 a month, monthly members receive all the benefits of a daily pass + 1. Access to a small conference room at no additional charge. 2. Access to member events and networking events 3. Monthly members can reserve time in our training room, a conference room that seats up to 12 people. This is available at a nominal fee. (Daily pass users do not have access to this service) 4. Monthly members also receive 50% off the non-member rate on conference time in the bullpen during non-business hours. 5. Listing in our online member directory (coming soon) 6. Full Access to our online forum and online communication tools. (coming soon) For $1,000 a month this membership level gets a private office. Members renting a private office get all the benefits of a monthly membership + 1. 24/7 access to a private office 2. In addition to discounted time in the bullpen, members with private offices receive priority in reserving time in any of our 3 conference spaces. 3. Interior signage 4. The ability to use our mailing address and receive mail
