Provided by YP.comNon-smoking room had been smoked in very recently, had not been deep cleaned, and bed linens had not been washed from previous guest and still smelled of smoke. Staff (Angela) refused to remedy the problem, did not offer an ozone generator, Febreeze, or even an apology. She stated that my only solution was, "You can check out if you want".
When told about the problem the next morning, staff (Jay) stated nothing could be done about it. He said he would call the owner to request a partial refund ($7-$10), then refused, stating, "I'm not calling him this early for something like that." He finally offered an employee discount voucher ($35 room on a later stay).
Staff (Shane) had to be asked multiple times to stock breakfast items, and appeared to be highly inconvenienced each time. Trash was piled up in lobby trash cans, spilling out onto the floor.
In-room bathroom door would not lock. "Business Center" was out of order. Elevator carpet was very dirty. Luggage carts were very loud.
