I have used O'Shea's now about 5 times ordered on the phone each time and never had a problem with delivery or the flower arrangements. Their work is always fresh and very pretty, they are professional, accomodating and helpful with ordering and deliveries. I feel confident when I order from them that I am getting my monies worth and a beautiful fresh flowers.

I ordered sympathy flowers when a dear friend passed on - the arrangement was so well-prepared and the staff on the phone were so helpful. The flowers were beautiful and such a perfect way to remember her.

The store has a nice selection of gifts and flowers. Every time I have ordered at the desk (take away service) the arrangements and assortment of gifts/cards have been lovely. Telephone orders for pick up have been slightly less successful. Their lack of apology and their willingness to take responsibility for an error with delivery as promised - when I could have been contacted - will keep me as a walk-in customer only in the future.
