good location, fast service. but there is always some panhandler lurking in the parking lot.

I went to get a coffee on Wed and later that day noticed they had charged me for a medium rather than a small. I do not work in Hartford on Thursdays so on Friday I returned to purchase another coffee but advised them that I had been over charged on Wed. It was a huge deal you should have called and we will give you the difference but we won't anymore. On and on, so I left without the 40 cents or my next coffee with no intention to return. I have not taken up stealing and 40 cents is not where I would start.
