Had a 9:30AM appointment at the 4513 Jonestown Rd, Harrisburg, PA 17109 store on 1/23/17. Arrived at 9:30AM only to be told there would be no technician until 12PM. The store manager said someone should have called me the day before to notify me, but no one did. I called at 12PM and asked if I could swing by around 1PM, they said yes and verified that the technician was there. When I arrived the store manager told me I had missed the technician, again no phone call before I came out of the way. The manager was less than apologetic when I arrived. I told him that he could have at least called me, to which he shrugged his shoulders. He then told me he had no idea when or if the technician would be back. I went across the street to the mall where Mr. Fix replaced my screen in 30 min and did it for $15 less than the price of Batteries Plus. Why have an appointment scheduler if you can't keep appointments? Don't waste your time. Not professionals. Go elsewhere.Share reviewEdit reviewDelete review

I took my iPhone for repair because the screen was cracked. They changed the screen but the new screen made my phone nonfunctional. It had been working fine prior to having screen changed despite the cracked screen. With the new screen, it did not respond to touch. They said they had to send the phone out to their main technician to have it repaired because the screens were probably faulty and not fitting right. They had my phone for 3 days and say it is still not ready because it has water damage and they don't know if they can fix it. I went in with a cracked screen but working iPhone and now have a nonworking iPhone with intact screen.
