      Exploring the Upper Musselshell Museum is like prowling around in someone's attic or barn. Be careful, though. You may run into a full-size replica of a dinosaur skeleton found in nearby Shawmut or a horse drawn hearse with a special passenger! There are also several collections of minerals, fossils and bones! As well as a brand new Nez Perce Display, and a Plains Indian exhibit complete with arrowheads, clothing, artifacts, weapons and story boards to explain it all. The two-story sandstone building, constructed prior to 1909, are filled with treasures that belonged to the people who lived in, worked, and developed the Upper Musselshell River country.Exploring the Upper Musselshell Museum is like prowling around in someone's attic or barn.
