      Love it! I have been a customer of Rafets' Hair Masters at Arundel Mills since opening a couple of years ago. I followed the owners from another salon when they opened up here. Prices are reasonable and I always come out looking great!

      Great Cut

      Get a great cut everytime. This place knows how to cut 'guy' hair. Always pleased.
