Although I frequently read reviews before determining if I am going to utilize a particular service or not, I felt compelled to actually submit a positive review. I own a 2005 BMW X3 and stopped by so they could help with my car that was smoking at the time. I arrived 30 minutes before they were due to close but they professionally assisted and told me what signs tolook out for in case there was a true leak. Well, I needed to return the car to them because the car needed additional repairs related to the coolant system. I felt all of the staff was helpful, professional, considerate of my need to have the car by a certain time and just offered the best mechanical service that I have received in a long time!!! They have earned my loyalty as long as I reside nearby, Columbia, MD. Thanks everyone at Ken's Service Center!!!

Love this place! Great Service! Why go anywhere else they treat customers great and the price is right. I have been taking my cars there for years wouldn't go anywhere else. They know my name my cars also my car problems. They have even taking time to help me after being closed.

This family business is exactly that you are treated like family. Never once I have been nickled or dimed!! So glad that now my children drive and they go to Ken's also!!!!! Thanks to the guys at Ken's for caring to much!!!!!!!!

They have really gone downhill since Danny left. They treat their employees bad and it's all about the money. I'm taking my vehicles elsewhere from now on.

I won't go back. After being a loyal customer there for the past 8 years with my two vehicles, I've decided to look for another place to take my business. I have tried hard to establish a long-time relationship with them, but I still feel nickled-and-dimed sometimes, and taken advantage of other times. Not every trip there is a $1000 fix; but with all of the business that I have given them over the years, my feeling is that I shouldn't be treated like Joe Blow off the street. But that's exactly how they are there - cold and impersonal; it doesn't matter how many years you've been dealing with the same person or how much money you've spent there. In other words, there is no consideration whatsoever there for long-time customer loyalty, and I've finally had enough. There is nothing special about this place. I agree with the other reviews on them being over-priced and harsh.

I've taken all 3 of my vehicles there over the past 4 years for oil and brake services. I believe that they offer honest service at reasonable rates. You get what you pay for, so caveat emptor for service at the low ball garages.
