Storybook Cove is an independently owned Children's Bookstore that was founded by Janet Bibeau ( a former teacher and school librarian ) in Hanover, Massachusetts ( south of Boston ) in 1990. Our goal has always been to provide quality books and book related toys and gifts to children and to those who love and care for them -- parents, teachers, grandparents, aunts, uncles, friends. In our "bricks-and-mortar" store, we strive to provide friendly, knowledgeable service by helping customers pick just the right book for the young reader in their lives. We offer an in-store "Book Club Card/Preferred Customer Program " -- for every 10 books ( or book related items ) you purchase, you receive the average of the amount you have spent as a credit in the store ( see Book Club Card to left ). We also provide fun programs for children which encourage them to read -- see Event Calendar to right.
