Love the repair service. Never took advantage of me. Very honest.

Took 3 chains to be sharpened. They told me one was never used and refunded the cost to sharpen that one cause they said it didn't need sharpening. I had no idea. They could have easily just taken my money. Now how often do you find honest people like that! They are the best.

These guys are OK in my book. Could have charged an arm and a leg to fix my mower. Turned out, all it needed was a spark plug. Didn't even have to leave it for service. I highly recommend them.

Rude is as rude does. Shows what the other guy knows. The owner is the lady. And for what it's worth, I've seen all of them at the counter with A wholes and they all kept their cool. They always help me get what I need. Tried the other guys. These folks are honest. I don't go here to get my ego massaged, I go here for old time service.

Took a repair to them that I thought was going to be expensive. The bill was under $15. for a spark plug and an adjustment. That tells you these folks are honest. They could have done like the competition down the street used to do and make up problems that didn't need to be repaired. If you want your ego petted go somewhere else. If you want good honest service, take your problems to Certified.

Truly honest people. They could have told me my mower needed all kinds of things. Instead they only charged me for the price of a spark plug.

Knowledgable people, got just what I needed and they even helped me save money by not buying things I didn't need. Now who do you know does that in this day and age? Their motto is "we treat you like we're paying for it" and they mean it.

They went the extra mile to find parts for my old mower. They got the parts quickly and the price was reasonable. It doesn't get any better than that. Highly recommended

They can get just about anything at a fair price too!
