Awful customer satisfaction skills by the owner Paul. He made a change to a specific install instruction without communication and refused to remedy the situation. He is a bully!

Great selection, HORRIBLE company and service. We purchased 6 units of tile, they sent us 5, Eno's (Andrea?) informed us it was a measurement error on OUR part and that the right amount was shipped (we purchased 6 sqft, invoice states they shipped 6 1x1 sections, we have 5 in the box). Continued insisting it was our fault despite the shipping discrepancy. Then said they did not know what to do to help us, eventually agreed to have UPS ship us the final square foot we needed. Very argumentative, did not seem to understand that 12" x 12" is ONE SQUARE FOOT and went on to say "Well, I didn't realize you needed EXACTLY six square feet". They seem to fail to undertand when people purchase 6 square feet you want to have that amount available. Also reluctant to apologize for their mistake, and later referred to our order as "a stupid small order". Eventually they did (in a rude tone) apologize. we will NOT be using them for our future projects, large or "stupid, small" ones alike.
