I always get a great breakfast at Christine"s. The staff are very attentive and agreeable.

I tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt, but after 3 visits and countless disappointments, I'm all done trying to support this place.
1. water tastes like its straight out of the pool
2. waffles were made with salt instead of sugar-they tried to fix it, then charged us for 2!
3. french toast tasted like soggy bread with no flavor
4. home fries tasted like dirty dish water and uncooked onions
5. the greek omelet was made with egg beaters instead of real eggs (I never requested substitute eggs) and was soo watery it fell apart and smelled terrible!
6. I can make a better eggs benedict at home using a zip lock bag and a bowl of water
Needless to say, I'm extremely disappointed and I will NEVER eat there again. You've been warned...

I've been to Christinas Country Cafe twice. Both times the food was very good, the atmosphere was nice, the staff friendly, clean etc. BUT the service is very slow. One time I was on lunch break for work and we were there for 1.5 hours ... way too long for a lunch break. The second time was the same thing, there from 12:30 to 2pm for 3 sandwiches with my kids. We were all getting impatient. I don't think I'd go back at this point but it had nothing to do with the food, just the slow service.

I have been to Christina's on several occasions, for both breakfast and lunch. Not only is the food VERY good, the decor is VERY appealing, and the staff are VERY friendly. (Obviously reflecting the owner's personality). I am excited to have this great restaurant in Hampstead. We needed "Christina's" badly. :)
