I have been going to this salon for three years for color and cuts and they are the best around. The staff is professional and friendly. Carol does my hair and is the best in the business. I highly recommend the salon.

I have been going to this salon for three years and love the place! They are really professional, fun and make my time in the salon a fantastic experience. The new discount programs really help my budget. I highly recommend the salon.

I found customer service to be absent in all aspects (my latest visit was a second chance). The hairdresser asked me if I wanted her to dry my hair! With her lack of enthusiasm and professionalism I decided to call it a night. You know what? If I want attitude, I'll stay home. Getting my haircut is one of the few breaks I get and would have enjoyed leaving there with fabulous hair. Instead, I left unhappy with wet, messy hair. What a complete disappointment. It was embarrassing because I had to go out directly after that, just to the market, but still, UGH! As I feared, after it dried it showed to be a not-so-good cut, not thinned enough and can't do much with it. Oh well, there are plenty of other salons in the area. I won't waste anymore time or money on this one.

Customer service at this salon is terrible. It is my opinion that they don't need nor want any new business. I have been at this salon two times. One example I will give is the hair dresser obviously did not want to spend any time to make sure my hair looked good. She asked if I wanted her to dry my hair. I told her I was going out directly after the haircut. Due to her attitude and lack of enthusiasm, I left there with wet hair. I strongly do not recommend this salon, I'm giving one star because I did get a hair cut.

I went to this salon for a Caribbean spa pedicure, and I was highly disappointed. When I upgraded to this pedicare the person on the phone told me this service was an hour and 15-20 minutes., I was in and out of the salon within 50 minutes. There was no leg massage with the pedicure, which I was very surprised about and to the tune of 60.50 in addition to a tip, this should encompass a better service. I found this the same if not worse than a regular pedi. I will not be returning.

What can I say Bleu Tangerine is a wonderful place to go to get your hair color .the staff is up on all the latest techniques.Carol does an excellent job making sure the staff is on boared.My hair always looks healthy and shiny.I am very picky about my hair and this place delivers.

A refreshing and relaxing experience! I have had many haircuts in salons in Andover, Ma etc. and have finally found the best hairdresser and colorist yet. Carol is very professional and caring. She listens and gives you exactly what you want. Her and her staff are proficient in the latest hair cutting techniques and color. It is like having a mini vacation especially when I get a scalp shampoo massage! Included in the price. Which is very reasonable. The atmosphere is very upbeat and friendly. She knows how to pick a fantastic staff! I always leave feeling great and looking forward to my next visit!!

I recently brought a wedding party to the salon. What a great experience! We were treated like princesses for the day. The staff and the owner are a class act! I will be returning for all of my spa needs.

A beautiful salon with the most wonderful staff. Very welcoming and friendly. Experienced stylists cater to you in a very relaxing environment. So many products available to keep you looking your best. I always walk out of there feeling like a million bucks and receive many compliments on hair color and style. Definately a place to check out!
