Hidden GemI'm a mother of two girls and have found 3 Prom Dresses @ Affordable Elegant Shop. The gowns were beautiful one-of-a-kind designer dresses that 'no other' girl could be wearing in WNY. I applaud the owner and staff for the personal touch!

My daughter and I both would would recommend this formal wear shop for its personalized service and unbeatable prices. The spacious changing room and sweet owner made my teenager feel very comfortable. As a repeated customer, we have found gorgeous prom dresses here and will continue to give our business to this shop in Hamburg!

0ZERO Stars! First of all, I had a horrible experience with the owner of this store. Their policies are not clearly stated on their website, and she had my receipt in the store. When I went to pick up my dress, I was appalled at the smell of cigarette smoke inside the shop. Not what I would expect from a bridal "boutique". What a horrible business practice to smoke inside the shop. Disgusting.

I couldn"t find a communion dresses for my daughter, because of her size, i went into affordable & elegant and they were very helpful not only did i find a dress for my daughter, they customed made her a headpiece that she helped design, and affordable and elegant is a perfect name for there business. The dress and headpiece cost me under $100.00. Thank you so very much
