      At Bubs, it's all about choices!

      General Info

      The pizza cafe concept came about years ago, when my children were small and involved in various activities. Two or three times a week we needed to pick up food on the way home because there wasn't time to prepare a meal at home and get them to bed on time. The frustrating part was that the whole family couldn't agree on what they wanted so we'd end up going to two different places. I swore then that if I ever got to open my own place it would be the best of the traditional pizza and sub shop along with offering choices to satisfy the whole family - like full dinners or just a sandwich. We think we've achieved the right mix of good quality food - homemade food and a passion for freshness. The name of the shop - Bubs' Pizza Cafe - came from a nickname I have for my kids. When my son was born I just started calling him Bubba and when my daughter came along she naturally became Bubbalette. Over the years they've both been shortened to Bub - hence the name! Bubs' is a family affair - My son Alex happily became a working partner in this enterprise, and my husband Warren handles the finances. My son-in-law built and maintains this website, and my daughter Andrea monitors the communication and provides endless moral support.

Our burgers are Char Broiled for great flavor We roast our own Baked Ham, Turkey, and Roast Beef We make our own delicious meatballs Our dough is fresh, never frozen Our Grilled Chicken is actually grilled not griddled Our salads are hearty, super fresh, and made to order Our pasta is cooked fresh only when ordered.
