In dealing with Dr. Wrigley's office I've experienced too many inconsistencies to be comfortable with as a patient. The office staff will do anything and everything in their power to help you out, not to mention are very pleasant, however the bigger picture is the medical staff... More often than not chaos echoes throughout the visit; anything from poor interoffice communication to missing lab results- Unacceptable in any event. As for seeing Dr. Wrigley himself.... FORGET IT! I have only seen him once and his mannerisms were neither comforting nor caring. In summation, when David Berlin left, the degradation of the care quality began and has yet to cease. For what medical care costs these days if you are seeking a physician in the upper echelon as far as providing sound consistent care look elsewhere.
