There is a problem with the professionalism of certain staff members. Some are great others have bad attitudes. Particularly one of the leasing agents is rude and very unhelpful at times. I agree that there is a parking problem at the complex. I currently experience the same inconvenience. Lastly the sewer and water distribution of bills is a joke. The Ledges uses a third party which is a company designed to manage the expense of sewage on the property and the water usage. This company issues a standard sewage fee monthly for everyone living at the complex $26. Do the math. There are about 330 units on the property, I am sure that the amount they are charging the tenants exceeds the actual bills for town sewage. In addition everyone is issued a water bill. They should have installed meters if they planned on charging folks for water and sewage. I don't enjoy paying some estimate which is the equivalent sewage for a large house or two instead of a small apt.
