After talking to the owner, I will go back to his store vs ordering through Amazon - the customer service was that good (and I'm normally one to go to Amazon for everything because of the convenience. But with something like Bose, I guess I'd prefer to have the store front to go back to if there is an issue - and I know this guy will be there and take care of things).
