I was a member there for many years, but when I needed special attention, their "hands were tied". We had a problem with the online banking system which wasn't working right, which made our bank account show more money than we had. Long story short, two people there told me, "Always use your register because the online system isn't always accurate." One was especially patronizing. And yes, how right they were that it isn't accurate; that cost us over $300 that they wouldn't credit back. We had used National City's online program before and worked great. I wish Key could use their system. Anyway, the employees in the drive-thru are wonderful, but when special attention is needed, stay away from this Key and their 800 number too. We're going to use a credit union.... they were wonderful when we needed customer service out-of-state, thanks to Key.
