Donegal Construction Corporation s construction division offers asphalt paving, concrete construction, excavation and grading, base repairs, patching, drainage structures and drainage lines, utility lines, water and sewage lines, bridge and culvert construction and crack sealing. Its milling division offers asphalt and concrete milling, pavement profiling, asphalt and concrete carbide grinding. Customers include Pennsylvania Department of Transportation, private individuals and commercial customers, general contractors of all sizes, local municipalities and municipal authorities.
