Happy Rentz has the WORST customer service I have ever seen. They are rude over the phone, they were apathetic about my business and they were not at all willing to accommodate my loss when they forgot to get my tent license and told me three days before the event. Do not work with them.

I wrote a very long review but it won't fit here.Basically, we rented from Happy Rentz and they delivered the rentals over two hours after the promised delivery time. They also tried to set our tent up in the wrong location and eventually argued and belittled both of us and our parents. They promised a discount to compensate and then, when we went into the store to finalize the discount and receive a refund, they flatly refused! They used comments such as 'we have more important obligations' to explain how they were late for our wedding setup. Also, Happy Rentz told us that we were lucky that they did not pick up our items before/during the ceremony because they don't appreciate when customers are angry with them (even though they messed up big time!). Our bridal party had to help unload the truck, which was also ridiculous. Beware Happy Rentz!
