All alterations had to be done several times for Bride and Maids. Each time a rude comment was made about size or weight. Bride was asked if groom was biological father and in front of child said "Well you know in third grade they will have to make family tree!" Two days after measuring to take in sides, dress so tight it would not zip and had two inch gap. Bride was told it was because she had to have eaten too much popcorn and soda in two days. Seamstress shortened maids dresses against Brides wishes, and firmly stated that is how we do it! At wedding, maids dress straps all came loose, flower girls seam came down,Brides "pick up" style dress dropped yards of material on one side as she walked down isle. Ribbons for holding up train fell out, and maids all sewed for 50 minutes to tac dress so bride could walk. Photographer positioned Bride to keep dropped side of dress out of pictures. This Bridal shop gives terrible service and then finds ways to blame the client. Terrible service!
