I am a resident of Lake Asbury and a member of Curves since the opening. It is the first and easiest workout that I have even participated in that actually works!!!The friendly, enthusiastic staff is always there with a pleasant attitude and encouragement to help you meet your goal, wether it is weight loss, getting fit, toning or staying healthy. Curves is also a wonderful place to meet your neighbors and make new friends! It only takes 30 minutes a day....aren't YOU worth it?
