I just wanted to say Thank you too the staff here for being so caring and accommodating with our situation. Everyone has been so nice and it's been a pleasure to do business with them. This store just goes to show that you can't judge a store by its front. Initially we came to this location because it was close. Now we will return because it's so much more. Walking in we were greeted with smiles and felt welcomed even though we didn't have an appointment. The further into the store we got the bigger our eyes got. Lights turned on and the store just keep growing. It was amazing. They have thousands of dresses of all sizes, colors and styles. We had no idea what kind of wedding and bridesmaid dresses we were looking for. We were shown a couple and then left to browse ourselves. We absolutely loved being able to look without feeling pressured. Needless to say this was our first and last stop. I would recommend anyone shopping for a dress of any type to check Bella Sposa before any other. We had extenuating circumstances and they were extremely helpful to fufill our needs. Thank you Dawin for all your help and the conversations we shared. We will definitely be back.

Many years ago I purchased my gown from Dwin. She took great care of me and everything was exactly what I dreamed for my wedding. But at the time of my marriage she told me that she felt I should not be getting married based on things I told her about my then fiance. I did it anyway. It was not long after our marriage vows that the abuse ensued and then escalated to scary levels. I suffered for several years and didn't know what to do. Then one day I remembered Dwin telling me that I could call her if I needed someone to talk to. So I called her and as I told my story she offered advice and support. When I came to her black and bloody she gave me love and comfort and helped me rise from the place I had fallen into. I want to thank this business for their support and efforts in assisting me to find my way to safety on the exit of an abusive relationship. They have cared for my children while I tended to the many demands that followed the exit. They offered me a safe haven when none other was available. They fed me when I was hungry. They bought my baby diapers when we had none. Through many years and after a long hard battle my abuser is now behind bars and my children and I can live safely. Now I see this review posted on them and am so sad because it is possible that those were my children. So if you see little children at this business please offer compassion and understanding as you really don't know why they are there.

I started my day here and cancel all of the other appointments I had at other places because I found the perfect dress. There were styles from every era! Some were outdated, but it was all their sale stuff. I was looking for bridesmaids and for mom's and tuxes and found it all! Talk about your one stop shopping . They were so helpful, I never would have thought I would only need I would only need 1 stop for all the fashion needs for my big day, but the staff was great! Super friendly and knowledgable.

When I talked to Dawn, she put me at ease immediately. She said she would most certainly take care of me. She did NOT hesitate to make time to help me. She went above and beyond to put me at ease and made me sincerely feel like I was her number one priority. Not only did she fix my dress, she calmed my pre-wedding nerves by reassuring me that these sort of things do happen and that I wasn't the first or the last. I was really scared to ask my husband how much it ended up costing him. I figured I had already sunk so much into my "bargain" dress, I might sink into a deep depression if I knew how much it was. After we got home from our honeymoon my curiosity got the best of me. I had to know... it was only $60!!! Ladies, she took my dress in a few inches on both sides and fixed the straps... this was not an easy fix! :) THANK YOU DAWN, FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART... my wedding day wouldn't have been what it was without your kind heart.

I'd consider someplace else; they lacked any sort of professionalism and their styles were very outdated. The woman working the desk was wearing what looked like a strapless beach coverup-a maxi dress and had with her one of the girls from her daycare. The little girl never left us alone and the woman didn't provide much guidance with the dresses, just pointed us to the section of dresses that were the style I was considering. We started looking there because of an advertised $99 dress sale, which was never mentioned while we were there. The woman seemed more content talking about her own wedding; in fact, she couldn't show us the dresses in the back room/warehouse because they had just had her bridal shower back there and it needed to be cleaned first. Try somewhere else.

My daughter and I Have just returned from Bella Sposa and I am pleased beyond belief! We needed a special dress for her Homecoming Court. The staff was incredibly helpful, yet was never pushy. They went over and above to help my daughter pick a beautiful dress, yet help me stay within my budget. We've always had great experiences with Bella Sposa in the past, and I can honestly say I don't think I ever have to shop anywhere else for formal wear. I highly recommend Bella Sposa!

I love Bella Sposa! I just bought my homecoming dress there and the service was amazing. I wanted a special dress as I am on homecoming court and they were very helpful. I couldn't have asked for a better place to get my dress or for a better staff to help me find the dress. It was my third time going there and I would never go anywhere else. I can't wait to get married so I can get my wedding dress from there, not to mention my dresses for my next couple of dances!

We had ordered our wedding apparel at Alfred Angelo store and what a nightmare that turned into. We happened to stop into Bella Sposa and the staff was so helpful and understanding! We thought we were going to have to start all over and buy new gowns, but they were able to help us to make the ones we have work. I can not tell you how excited I was to have some solutions that the other store created for us. They even came in at 8:30 at night when my out of town girl could not come at another time. Everything was PERFECT! I had them custom make my head piece and they made three for me to choose from. I never expected that, but was thrilled at how they went above and beyond to create a satisfying customer experience for my self and my daughters. Check this place out! They really do care.

Our wedding was wonderful because of the hard working staff at Bella Sposa! They paid attention to what we wanted and went above and beyond in delivering all that we asked for. They were great in relieving our stress and helping us when we had special needs. They fit our out of town bridesmaid and altered her gown perfectly while she waited. The altered the gown for the replacement maid and it looked great even though there were several size differences between the two girls! I LOVE THIS PLACE!

I had a fabulous experience! They were patient and always seemed happy to make the endless changes that I kept making. When it was all done I had a gown that was perfectly fit! I was super pleased with everything, right down to the professional way they guided me through the entire process and had everything ready for inspection when I picked my beautiful and perfect gown up. I couldn't ask for more and highly recommend this store!

My experience at Bella Sposa was great! I tried over 10 dresses and they were very patient with me. When I finally chose the dress I fell in love w/ I thought the price was too high so I looked elsewhere. What a BIG mistake....the quality of dresses at the other boutiques don't compare to the quality at Bella Sposa. So I went back & bought the dress I had fallen in love w/ at Bella Sposa. Customer Service was outstandingly good!!! Prices are GREAT!
