Our experience with Lowe's was very disappointing, did a home improvement was so excited about it only to be frustrated,let down, angry at times wanted to cry 😂 things always seemed like they went wrong,there were times when l would have to argue with these people, and why would they be so rude ? We spent over 18,000 on our home improvement, what was supposed to be a 2 week project started in July and just FINALLY finished January 2019 ,l guess we weren't important ,l would never have them do anything for us AGAIN, wouldn't recommend them to anyone!!!! Bad, Bad experience, would recommend that if you want to hire Lowe's for a home improvement DON'T, sure thier nice to you in the beginning, but as time goes on and they have their money you are no longer important 😂 take your business elsewhere

Terrible. I used to work at Lowe's in TX doing returns. I went to return something that I paid over $14 for and today's refund only gave me $5 back. Maybe that's a sale price; maybe there's something shady going on. I didn't have a receipt but was made to show driver license. Over 5 damn dollars. But they should refund what was originally paid for it. I know I didnt have the original receipt, but I would not have bothered to return something if I knew it'd be for 5 dollars. but now I see why there are never a lot of cars parked out in front of this store.

Zero customer service. Will shop here only as a last resort.

I have dealt with Lowe's for years and never had a problem as I am having now. I have been a month trying to get a quote for air conditioning and heating installation. I own a home in G.J., but am presently out of state. I was assured Saturday, (AGAIN) that someone would contact me Monday. (Today). Past dealings have been excellent, but this sure leaves an awful taste. Gerald Bockman.
