- Chiropractic AdjustmentsDr. Jenkins offers chiropractic care as a method to promote proper functioning of the nervous system. A well-functioning nervous system is necessary in order to maintain overall good health. The purpose of a chiropractic adjustment is to realign the spine to improve flexibility and movement while removing stiffness and pain. Read more about the benefits of chiropractic in FAQs.
- Spinal AdjustmentsSometimes newborns experience difficult or traumatic births and spinal adjustments are beneficial to a normal growth and development. Children learning to walk often fall many times on a daily basis. The traumas their little bodies experience can cause their vertebrae to move out of alignment in what is called a subluxation. Unfortunately, if these go unchecked and unmonitored, larger problems can develop later in life.

- SubluxationChiropractic corrects structural misalignments, called subluxations, and restores the body to its proper form and function. When the joints of the spine lock up, range of motion is limited and may cause pressure and irritation on the spinal cord and nerves. When the nervous system is impaired, it restricts the body from communicating with and healing itself. Chiropractic care clears these pathways and removes irritation so that they body can function normally and maintain its health.
